When you bought the DacEasy Accounting and Payroll software, you should fill in the registration form and fax it to us include your invoice first. We will fax the “Access” code to you by fax after 15-20 minutes. If you want to get more detail, please refer to Help/Online User guide Chapter 1- File, page 30. In your case, you should fill in the registration form that is in the DacEasy Accounting software. If you have no any registration form, you can write down your contact name, company name, company address, phone no., fax no., copy the disk 1 of 6, fax them to us include your invoice. On the other hand, the purchase day from the invoice is the start day to calculate 60 days fee hot-fax support. If you haven’t any invoice, you haven’t any hot-fax support. Moreover, you can extent your hot-fax for 6 months for 6 hundred dollars. Thank you for operation.
