Consider your warning message – “Windows resources are low. It is strongly recommended to close as many after windows (or programs running) before attempting to proceed”. It means that the "MEM" in your computer may be not enough. You can follow the command to check the MEM:

In the DOS mode, you can go to the 'Windows' directory in the C drive. And then, type the "MEM". In the DacEasy software, there are at least 590K.
