When you want to copy the “CHART OF ACCOUNT” to another new company, the steps are:

• Back up the data from the old company
• Create another new company
• Restore the old company data to new company
• Use “DISK DOCTOR / NEW DATA”
• Cancel the data that you don’t want to restore ( close the “X” in the square)
• Use “DEFAULT / COMPANY PREFERENCE “to correct the company name
