There are two versions, Win 95 version 3 and Dos version 8, for the DacEasy Accounting & PayRoll. In the Win95, you do not need to post after you enter the transaction. When you save the transaction, the DacEasy Accounting will post it atomically. There is very convince, but make sure that you enter the right transaction. If you enter the wrong one, you should do the reverse entry and do the right transaction again. That is not very convenience for the person who is careless. In the Dos version 8, on the other hand, you can save the transaction first and see it in the report such as trial balance before you post. When you find that there are any mistakes, you can correct it.

Moreover, the control of the Win95 Version 3 is comparatively easier than Dos version 8. But if you are the old user for Dos, I suggest that you do not need to upgrade the Version 3 for Window. It is because the operation between two versions are different. For example, if you want to record a payment, you create a payment voucher and only need to debit expense and credit bank and the transaction is complete. This is not the case in Win 95 version 3. You cannot create a payment voucher to record the payment transaction as before.
