How to use the Layout Designer

Open. (The Open table appears).

Find the Report file and the extension is (*.SRT) in the file type at the button of the table

Make sure the path name like that “ c:/deawin3/COMPANY_NAME/report/file_name “

Make sure that the file name is Report not Layout

GLACTIVY.SRT (General Ledger Activity)

CBALANCE.SRT (Current Balance Sheet)

You can find the file name at the top of the screen (blue line) in every file that you want to print

High light the variable from the Report
Click the mouse and make sure the curse inside the data that you highlight before.
Adjust or delete the variable and size that you want
