You can enter some optional information in the description. In the Purchase Order, there is a “Code” field. In that field, you type the “M” which stand for message only. But, the DacEasy software cannot sort anything in the description field.

The Partial Shipment, on the other hand, you can enter the number of the stock that you received when you double click the description field. But, make sure that you should enter the total number that you received. For example, you are purchase 10 stocks and received 4 stocks only. First, you click the “X” in the received box. Second, double click the description field and enter the total number that you received in the “Qty Received” field. Finally, you should update your purchase order from the Purchase Order module. And the next time, you received another 6 stocks (total 10 stocks), you can do the above step, But, the “Qty Received” field, you should enter 10 stocks.
