The range error show you that there is something wrong such as date range, transaction range. At the right bottom side on the screen, there is a date like “4,February 1998”. The day format for the window is “DD/MM/YY”. The date range for the DacEasy Accounting and Payroll, on the other hand, the day format is “MM/DD/YY”. They are not match. There are two ways to solve your problem. First, you can correct the day format of the window. But you can do it by yourself. Second, you can type the day every time, make sure that the format is exactly same as the window’s format.
