When you are in the service invoice, you double click in any of the columns on the line item you want to edit. The “Service Line Item” appear, you can type in the detail and high light it. After that you click the right button from the mouse, choice “copy”. When you have to issue another invoice to different customer with same description, you can follow the below step, and click the right button from the mouse in the “Service Line Item”, choice “paste”. On the other hand, there is the other way to solve the problem in DacEasy command. You can create a template invoice to save the description that you always use. When you want to use it, you can load the file you want to be your description. If you want more detail, please refer to your “On-line User guide” page 354 Chapter 9 -- Invoicing. Second, if you want to print out the invoice with background, you should choice the “Plain Paper Template” file. Third, the “Profit and Loss” is shown the detail normally.
