4.  In Client Trading History Report, the Client Name was repeatedly print for same client account no.為何在 "Client Trading History Report"上，客戶名稱重覆列印?

If you read client trading history and find out that for every line, SB add a client name beside it.  You will wonder why ?

The answer is, you had modified the client's name of that client account, which may due to spelling mistake or change the account from single person to a join account.

In these case, SB will regard these as 2 different clients and for sake of safety, SB has to print the client name if it is different.

User may have to edit the client name manually in "(2ZT) Repair Trading History".

原因是這個帳戶的戶名曾經被更改過，可能是更正串錯字，又或者由個人名戶口改為聯名戶口等。SB會把同戶口但不同戶名當作兩個獨立客戶，因此在Client Trading History Report內重覆列印客戶名，以顯示是不同客戶。

用戶可在 "(2ZT) Repair Trading History" 畫面找出這些記錄並更改客戶名。
