Sub: Upgrade Utility Disk including November 2002 Related Stock from SFC WEB SITE

Please update your SB system with this update utilities disk (ISSUED ON 5/12/2002).

Reason for update:
If you read #2307 before, you know that POP has added with October Market Data which is used for
calculation illiquidity of stock for margin client.
(Applicatble to broker firm with margin client)

This issue #2324 further notify you to run upgrade again in order to include SFC announcement
of RELATED STOCK. We are sorry for causing you inconvenience. It is beyond POP's control as
SFC release the information on web site on 4/12/2002 after-noon. POP has done the best to
help you to get the information as soon as possible.

Note: If you have manually modify the RELATED STOCK INFORMATION in SB, you may not need
      this update. However, it is your responsibility to ensure the input is right.
      POP suggest you to perform upgrade and print November report again for FRR (11/2002)

How to get the latest upgrade utility disk.
      Please visit http://www.popsoft.com.hk

      go to the POP Download area, select public download, Click UPGRADE.ZIP
      THEN YOU WILL GET IT LOADED TO YOUR PC.

      Copy to your drive, and then unzip it into a floppy disk. Then you can use it
      to update your November 29,2002 (Month End) data which is used for filling up
      FRR.

      Please update your current working area also. This will ensure your DAILY
      CDF control follows the SFC issued stock relationship.

Other issue: (Apply to your current data. Not the November Month End Data for Nov. FRR)

   The HSI constituent stocks will be changed on 2 Dec 2002.

   This issue of SBUPGRAD.ZIP can be used for December FRR.

   Please change the stock asset grade of following stocks after performing
   "(2XU) Data Upgrade":-
