Sub: Windows POP System

Windows Version WILL BE Officially Released from Jan 1,2003.

Before you decide to install and take advantage of this windows version, you may want to
have a look first. Yes, you have this privilege to make such request.

Pre-requisite
==============
1. You should have all stations in windows (Windows 2000 professional preferred)

2. You can use your existing server
   (Windows NT/2000/XP, or Novell 3.12 up, or Linux Red Head 7.2 with Samba)
    Yes, we support Linux server

3. You should have Laser Printer for printing A4 size reports

4. Most of all, you need sufficient hard disk space to keep the new program.
   You know, windows version has program size is 10 times of the previous version.
   However, data will be similar as before and depending on your business transactions.

You need to know what can not do
=================================
1. Laser printer can not print carbon copy (i.e. more then 1-pye paper)
   So, POP retain the dot matrix printing function so that you can use both dot matrix
       and Laser printer

2. You need special A4 size cheque to print computer cheque.
   Or, you need to order Laser printer with capability to handle continuous paper
   So, POP keep the original cheque printing so that you can make this decision later.

There will be no other limitations as far as we can see.

ANY RISK ?
==========
Not at all, POP also allow you to fallback anytime your like.
i.e. After you install the Windows Version, the original version will be retained in
	 your computer system, and you can switch back with no external help. Just run the
     old system, and it work as before. So, there is no risk to use POP system.
