10.How to print Bonus Advice note for 2 warrant issue ? 如何將兩種窩輪印在同一收條

Since pre-printed Bonus Advice note has one warrant entry only and therefore not able to accomodate 2 type of warrant issues.Please use blank form for Bonus Advice note which has space for two warrant to be print on same advice note.

Note: User can select 5-1/2" form or 11" form to print this advice note,just
select the appropriate option before printing.
