14.1. If you are at the trade date when the new interest rate is effective,go
      to step 14.2 direct.

If you are one day before the effective date of the new interest rate,Please
make sure that you have completed last trading date.(day end of the last trade
day) and perform the "SYSTEM ENDED" procedure.

Please do not perform system start first and follow step 14.2 to 14.5
and then back to '1 - 6' to select SYSTEM START PROCEDURE.
Remember to enter with proper trade date and settlement date.

14.2. On '8' MONTH END PROCESSING MENU', select '1' for "BACKUP MONTHLY FILES",
      this is a internal backup and no need floppy disk for the drive.

14.3. When above step completed, back to '8' Month End Processing and select '6'
      for "MONTHLY INTEREST REPORT'

14.4. When MONTHLY INTEREST REPORT is printed, back to MAIN MENU, and select
      '1' for SYSTEM START

14.5. On '1' SYSTEM START MENU, select '1' for ALTER INTEREST RATE, NOW!!! YOU
      CAN CHANGE THE INTEREST RATE
